Cake Crush by Le Order & Payment Disclosure
Thank you for choosing Cake Crush by Le! To provide you with the best possible service and experience, please carefully review the following terms and policies before placing your order:
ORDER TIMELINE
- All custom orders require a minimum of two (2) weeks notice.
- Orders requested with less than two weeks notice will not be accepted or fulfilled under any circumstance.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and confirm your date on the calendar.
- No deposit = No reservation. Your order is not officially booked until the deposit is received.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the Monday prior to your event, unless otherwise arranged and approved by Cake Crush by Le.
INVOICES & PAYMENT WINDOW
- Once an invoice is sent, payment must be made within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the invoice.
- For exceptional circumstances, cash may be accepted upon prior communication and approval. Payment must be made within 48 hours of placing the order.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- No last-minute changes to design, flavor, or size will be accepted once your order is confirmed unless discussed in a timely manner.
- All deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations initiated by the client.
- Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
- Cake Crush by Le is not liable for any damage to cakes or treats once they have been picked up or delivered and signed for.
- Proper transport and storage instructions will be provided. It is the clients responsibility to ensure products are kept in appropriate conditions.
- If a third party picks up on your behalf, they assume full responsibility for safe transport and condition.
ALLERGY DISCLAIMER
- Cake Crush by Le is not an allergen-free kitchen. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, wheat, and gluten.
- Clients are responsible for informing all guests of any potential allergens. Cake Crush by Le will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities.
